Fees & Insurance
Thyme for Speech is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Fees are due at the time of service and vary based on the complexity of the evaluation and length of therapy session. Please reach out for more information about specific rates.
Superbills & Reimbursement
Following each session, you will be provided with a superbill outlining the fees and payments collected.
Submission: If you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit this document directly to your insurance carrier.
Reimbursement: Your provider may reimburse you for a percentage of the total service charge.
Verification: Please contact your insurance provider beforehand to ask specifically about "out-of-network coverage for speech-language therapy services."
Accepted Methods of Payment
Payments are processed through Thyme for Speech, PLLC. To ensure your financial information remains private and secure, I use HIPAA-compliant payment processing systems.
Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).
HSA & FSA: You are welcome to use your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account cards.
Secure Processing: I use IvyPay and SimplePractice for all evaluations and therapy sessions. Both platforms offer a seamless, encrypted way to manage payments via text or my secure client portal.
Sliding Scale
As part of my commitment to literacy justice, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for reading intervention. These spots are reserved to ensure that evidence-based reading support is accessible to those who need it most.
